I read on here that the C5 dose not come with a top speed limiter. What's the highest # that any of you have seen on the HUD. Mine is an A4 04 coupe. This ought to be fun. Posts: 26 | From: San Marcos CA. | Registered: Jan 2008

163MPH with some left to go in the car the driver was spent. Started to wonder what I would say to the police. A4 with 315 rear headers intake ported tb. The car can handle high speed straight true and tight. Fastest I have ever gone in a car.Probably could have gotten to 175 with larger gonads. Divided highway late at night no one else around. Mine did 173Mph on the I15 late at night with no traffic around-I assume could`ve done a bit more but the Headlights must have created some DRAG-was gonna capture it on camera but couldnt do both at that speed so I decided to drop the camera and Hold the wheel instead-was fun but wont do it again I think, at least not unless its on the track I did 165 on a two lane highway straight line (Las Posas Rd in Camarillo)before I hit a red light....no traffic/late nite

I've seen 142 going up hill on a new smooth road. Still makes me grin remembering it. Posts: 26 | From: San Marcos CA. | Registered: Jan 2008

150 going thru the sugar fields in west Palm Beach County, then I wussed out. I didn't like the dips in the road.
