i am sure it has been asked lots on here and i know loud is like beauty ,thinking on the b&b prt exhaust, is it like they say nice roar when normal driving and big bark when you stand on it? snow is gone went vetting and golfing on the weekend,i love this car!golf was good to

Personal choice hard to advise. These are really loud imho and would be tough to stand over the long haul. Sometimes we forget that we might have the car a long time and these are things you do not want to do twice. Take your time buy what you like but think about the future.will I still like these in 3 years? Best of Luck golf is greatest game ever thought up

I always think that drone is the problem with most really loud exhaust.

I ditched the BB PRT after a couple years mainly due to the "drone". The Corsa pace car system has much less drone at cruise, but sounds good on acceleration. Leadfoot is right, mostly a personal choice in picking the system.

It'll also depend on the rest of the exhaust as well. For instance, do you plan on (or do you already have) aftermarket headers? If you buy a cat-back independent of any other exhaust mods, you may like the sound when you are done, but it will change if you swap to headers, or a higher-flow x-pipe. When I have done exhausts on previous cars, I've found in best to do the whole thing all at once. Check out Borla and SLP...I've had good "results" with those two brands. Just to be fair, SLP labels their cat-back "Loud Mouth" and they are not joking. I had a "Loud Mouth II" on my 98 Cobra and it was ferociously loud (but lacked anything beyond bark when compared to my C5). Like the other guys are saying, it is a personal choice...be sure you make it wisely. Good Luck.
