After Procharger II install, I have started getting a P0420 (Catalyst system efficiency below threshold - Bank 1). At first, I could clear the code and it wouldn't come back for severals days, now it's back within hours. Also, with the Predator "performance tune" that comes with the Procharger, the car is running lean (about 13.2/1 afr at wot) and I'm wondering if this is causing the code? Could be O2 sensors, catalytic converter, or tune, I'm not sure. I pretty sure that the wot afr is causing the ecu to retard timing being that lean. This still needs to be confirmed. Any suggestions?
JMHO, but I think the Diablo Sport, Predator is a POS. It destroyed my first ecu (which had a verified stock tune, as required) and ATI was unwilling to reimburse me for it. Anyways, that's another story.
