On my 97 A/4 315 rear, I put on the K&N filter first and cut my shroud like the instructions said and I felt a big improvement. Then I put on Borla Stinger exhaust and Bassanti X-pipe and could tell an improvement and the exhaust note very muscular V-8 sound. Could not tell a difference in gas mileage and it did not effect the computer. These are two easy bolt-ons that help performance. I would recommend them.

Gotts say that I am not familiar with the package. Kits tend to be overpriced for what you get. I suggest you hold off and research cause once you buy your options are reduced. Intake and cat back are must do mods but there is a lot of product out there and if you spend time searching and posting and looking at classifieds you can do you car and yourself proud. Alot of the fun of modding is seeking out the right components for your taste at a great no brainer price then no regrets..
