Recently installed lowering bolts in rear of car, moved to front and cant seem to achieve desired height, not low enough. I attend alot of track days at Pocono and Watkins Glen. Didnt know if there is a way to go lower? Can I possibly cut rubber bushings?

If you can't get the nose lower, make sure you get the rear back up to maintain the rake. Otherwise you'll have a high speed instability and understeer.
