You guys think a good mass air flow sensor such as SLP will add much to performance? Cannon

IMO, that mod by itself is useless. If you do ALL of the other mods (head/cam, headers, injectors, intake if you need it, etc...) plus a professional tune after you're all done, then it MIGHT be worth it. JMO.

Thanks for bringing me back to reality. I appreciate it. Mod fever I guess. Cannon

I agree with Chewy the A4 is rhe best trans and the MAF will not benefit your car. Mod fever hits us all from time to time. Imho the car is best left mostly stock. reliability is more important than 5-10-15 ponies. Exhaust and intake headlights need upgrade shocks sways and bling after that it is a smart idea to check yourself for the fever

Many of the tuners like Mallett and Lingenfelter use the stock MAF's even with their big hp engines, for my 02' Z06 I spent thousands on different MAF and dyno testing, the most hp and best SOTP performance was from the stock MAF
