My Z06 seems to be extreamly low to the ground. The car only has 26,000 miles and the original tires. Can someone with a none lowered car provie me the clearance from door rocker panel to pavement? I am just curious if the car has been lowered.
Thanks for any help,
Steve

Steve, the clearance figures you are looking for can vary greatly from car to car depending on what wheels and tires the car is wearing. Here is a link to the process used to lower a C5. If you notice there are pictures of the body bolts that lower or raise all C5's, including Z06's. Take a look at the stock bolt prior to lowering and compare them to your bolts. I hope that this helps.

If you think it's too low, adjust it up a little. I raised my C6 about 1/2" from the factory settings so I don't scrape on some of the local speed bumps.

A set of Rocker Rails will prevent body panel damage if you do hit something [Thumbs Up!]
