I sold my C5 and bought a new 2008 C6. What a difference. The power, handling, and ride is better. That is expected when you upgrade from one model to the next.

I loved my C5, but couldn't believe the difference it was getting into my 2007 Posts: 1526 | From: North Augusta, SC | Registered: Apr 2003

I also recently bought a new 08 C6 coupe, atomic orange....it's soooo sweet, hung onto my 98 C5 and really feels awkard to even move it around the block nowdays...huge difference in handeling and performance...not to mention the comfort upgrades.

The only obvious thing by looking at it is the headlights. The HID's are 1000% better than the OEM C5 headlights.
The rest of the car, and I do mean the entire rest of the car, has been tweeked 'just right'. There really isn't any part of it that hasn't been improved at least a little bit.
The only thing they went the wrong way with on the C6 is the lack of a 'gutter' above the windows that allows water to drip on the seats.
