ok my car keeps telling me the low washer fuild when i start it. the damm thing is full to the top. any ideas what it can be. and cannon please dont tell me its a ground again lol. or is it ?

PS i check the plug that connects to the flowter but i didnt get any Votage out of it , can it be a fuse ?

I'd clean off the connector and check the wiring. If that doesn't fix it then replace the sensor.

Check the ground.
