There were some righteous Vettes that weekend!! Talk about some fantastic weather for a car show. [Thumbs Up!] Did either of you guys make it to the drags?? I rode with my brother-in-law in his 2007 coupe but I could not talk him into even making one pass down the 1000 ft. track. I wish I had drove my car I can promise that I would have made a few runs. Maybe next year??!!

Mike, we didn't go over to the drags on Saturday, we did go to the autocross for a while on Friday. I enjoyed meeting you and we'll keep in touch!

Jim,
I was glad to finally meet you and Cannon but worried that having both of you running loose in Hot Springs might make national news and make us Corvette junkies become instant outlaws like Hell..or in our case..."Hecks Angels". I guess your wives managed to keep some modem of control on you guys long enough to get you back home in one piece. I am going to try and get the NWA Corvette club to book a track day at the Tulsa drag strip sometime soon and will let you guys know if I am successful.
Later...
Mike

Can't speak for jrose. I left Hot springs on good terms with The city and local law enforcement. ( Wife wouldn't let me behind the wheel. Came back thru Y city and had a blast. Hooked up with jrose and that Ok city bunch on I-40 and cruised right on in to Wagoner America. Im in on that Tulsa deal. 30 minutes away. Ready for Eureka Springs the first weekend in October. ( Got a flyer yesterday ).

Thanks for sharing looks like a great show with some outstanding examples of corvettes. There are definite benefits to living in the south women and the weather so why am I still a cranky yankee?? How about a hooters report [Devil Eek]

Our next club meeting is this Monday, 5/5 which is also Cinco de Mayo day and also my anniversary. My dad taught me that a smart man always sets his anniversary up on a holiday. Hopefully I will get some news and let you guys know.
