Still a VETTE...... [Smile]

I had some tickets for Front licence plate-cost about $25 each time, happened twice in Los Angeles while parked on a street....... way out: Slapped the plate on, took a photo with the plate on, mailed in the photo with a $10 payment ( $10 is the amount if corrected) , took the plate off again..... [Big Grin] till next time
