Hi there,
Well, 2 days till we get this whole tech session underway.
I did get some feedback about different things that you all may want to see, but this is not enough. WE NEED MORE.
For this particular session, we will be doing the following.
Shifter installation, and correct adjustment procedures.
Wheel alignments, and what is involved when you pay about $150 for an alignment.
Header installation, including a little welding, and what to look for in a good quality welding job.
Clutch installation, and critical points on installation on a c5, so that there is no vibration, and sticking slave cylinders.
Differential seals, and what is involved to repair these issues.
If I am forgetting anything, please dont hesitate to suggest anything that you might want to know about.
My thanks to Brian, Eric, JB, EHS, and everyone who has allowed me to serve their c5s. Without you all, this would never be possible.
thanks to all, c4c5 hammer hammersonthecase, withbattlegearon

Paul -- lookig forward to seeing you on Wednesday, when I'll be giving you my "list," and hopefully you'll be giving me my ticket for the appointment.

BTW, I'm bringing a business proposition that you may find very much of interest (it includes Brian). But we'll talk.

See you at 7:00 p.m. Check e-mail for details.

Hi Blue,
good thoughts on the decarb. As for sway bar adjustments, it is an idea.
Just have to have a car with the end links.
Please keep the ideas coming, and if there is a beer drinking party, I guess I am designated driver.

Hey guys! Sounds like a lot of fun AND work! How about injector replacement? Shouldn't be a "major" task since it's "top end"...... and I think I've read some threads about folks wanting to do it on some of the earlier C5s....

I hope the weather is nice for the "wrench" party and thanks for all the hard work (in advance)! wink

Hi there,
UPdate, well first day is down, and the clutch is in the Magnetic. Although the driveline is still down, as I am proceeding with the header install.
Brake fluid, transmission fluid, slave, master, and diff fluid all have been changed.
Well, tomorrow, I will be finishing the install of the headers, and aligning the vehicle, so I can start on Brians car.
Saturday, for those who are coming down, will start around 12, so no hurry, and yes, JB, bring your son.
Besttoall, c4c5 hammer hammersbaggingitout.
