Hey Zac
Congrats on the Corvette. SGK has a maggie and loves it. It depends on your goals and budget.
I have been interested in both the maggie and the procharger types of FI. Turbo has never turned my screw even though they make immediate awesome power. My buddies turbo porsche is the fastest car I have ever been in. Flat out gone with AWD Nasty..
With a maggie kenne bell etal. you need a hood. They are the most dependable blower and most efficient but also cost a small fortune on a car that is losing value every day.
The procharger, Novi type are not as expensive and also make for a major power increase. No hood needed look out for those that need a tap into your oil pan.
I am staying NA for fear reasons. Fear of out running my brakes in the congested area I live in, fear of going to jail for excessive speed and fear of ruining my kick ass Corvette for power I really can never use. My opinion do bolt ons and be happy. Save the money for medical school or law school and stay outta jail.. Best of luck whatever you deceide

Intake is the best bang for the buck, I rave about my Blackwing goobs of torx and seat of the pants improvement. Go with a smooth coupler/airbridge as the stock accordian really doesn't cut it. Leave the MAF and throttle body alone only trouble will be found modding these. Next is exhaust. The H pipe is a real power pig get an x pipe and cat back system that is to your own liking. I would stick with the stock cats until they are toast them get some hiflo cats. Right now you have added as much as 20rwhp. Headers of good quality and coated would be next but beware they are a tough install and long term need attention/replacement especially if you buy cheap ones. Plugs and wires sounds stupid but they can help all the other mods be effective. When done get your PCM tuned avoid the hand held ones get the real deal but only after you have completed your bolt ons. Now your talking 40 maybe 50 rwhp quite a nice bang for the buck with minimal reliability compromise. Best of luck

I do have ram air already and there is something about the exhaust that is not stock but I'm not sure how much of it is stock, the tail pips are all right next to each other with a gap on each side rather than in the middle? And the only other thing is a short shifter. That I know of

I am jealose of that kick ass Corvette. If I lived where you live and could let the big dog run and if I had your money no doubt the Maggie is boss.
Just doesnt make sense for me. Never a dis as I have great respect for a roots type blower and the power it can produce. If I put a charger on my Corvette I'd be in jail

SgKk,

I saw the pics of your engine. Nice! Clean too. Other than the obvious TLC, what do you use to keep under the hood clean?
