It's frigging 23 degrees here with a wind chill of 10 and spitting snow. All I am working on is consuming Kendall Jackson while sitting my big ass in a 102 degree hot tub. I have plans...but they will wait until the spring thaw. cheers

Well since I am unable to do any physical labor
myself (bad shoulder, knee, etc) you get the picture,I have to get someone else to do my
mechanic work. Thankfully I have a good friend
(Jimmy) who has a repair shop snd is an old
hot rodder himself. I say all this so as not to
deceive any one into thinking that I am out
busting my butt doing anything. I'm sittin' in
my recliner.

Jimmy on the other hand is putting a new aluminum
B-Cool radiator in my 1987 Camaro. He is also
installing a new pull down latch on the rear hatch,re-wiring the tach and the cooling fan,
installing a Barry Grant 650 dual line dbl pumper
carburetor, reparing the Hurst ratchet shifter,
replacing the rear end with a 3.73 Auburn Locker
(complete axle).

When he finishes the 87 he's installing the new
K&N 57-3035 cold air intake on my 02 C-5 Vert.
So as you can see I'm not lazy, I spend a lot of
time ordering and delivering parts to Jimmy.

mweaver: You have got the system down just right.
Keep that Jimmy busy and an occasional beer or two also with some kind of good food stuff for both of you.
Have great time and Spring will be here before Jimmy gets all those projects finished. cheers savewave

Ahhh, cabin fever? Not here. I think I'll cruise the Intracoastal today with my top down. Weather is in the low 70's, sunny and warm. One day, I'll head over to the Corvette tuner and have him give me an electronic tune. While I'm waiting for him to finish, I'll be sitting outside, working on my sun tan and smoking a cigar. When he's done, I'll head over to the Waterway Cafe for a cocktail and sit out on the Intracoastal and have some lunch. Did someone say this was February 15th?

In SC it's legal to put 30% everywhere except on the front windshield, and that's exactly what I have cool

Fired up my C5 today. Stuck in the garage with 3 feet of snow up against the door. The Blackwing is a winner of an improvement. I can feel the improved air flow just from revin the engine.
I over oiled the filter for sure but let it sit and dry and removed any excess with paper towels.
Thought for sure I'd get a code. Nope just a big grin devilsmile

If you plan to stay legal in PA, with a 70% limit, IMO, I'm not sure I would spend the $$. That's a very light film. The 40% on my truck barely looks tinted to me sometimes.
