In case nobody has noticed, the Corvette team hasn't fared too well since moving from GT1 to GT2 in the ALMS series. Ferrari and Porsche have pretty much had their way with the Corvettes.

However, while watching Bloomberg TV on a weekend while in S America, they broadcast a European GT3 race from I think was the Netherlands. Many cars are participating in this series - Porsche, Audi, BMW, Aston Martin, Ferrari, and some others including Corvette entered by a German team (the Audi R8 was entered by an American team).

The Corvette won the race and is leading the series!
