Prior to this issue, I'm pretty sure I heard the lock retract when I started the car. Now it is silent.

The analog gauge reads 12 volts when the car is off and a little over 14 when it is running.

The DIC didn't turn up any codes.

I'll have the battery checked out or replaced at my friends shop. I guess I should order that bypass kit, huh?!
